In the latest "Unternehmen des Jahres 2026" (Company of the Year 2026) study by Deutschland TEST in cooperation with ServiceValue, GPSoverIP was named the top performer in the category of industry-specific and specialist software providers. The study is based on an AI-supported analysis of several million publicly available texts and consumer reviews covering around 16,500 companies. Key performance dimensions such as value for money, trust, quality and service were assessed. Within its category, GPSoverIP achieved an above-average score.
The award confirms a course that GPSoverIP had already clearly defined and communicated beforehand: sustained investment in technology, digital usage models and a consistent focus on the concrete benefits for users in fleet management.
The strategic course for this was deliberately set back in 2025. The aim was to combine technological depth with a high level of user-friendliness and to develop telematics solutions further so that they work in everyday use – regardless of company size or application scenario. Telematics was not meant to become more complex, but more understandable, more accessible and scalable.
A central element of this development was the launch of the GPSauge Suite App as the entry point into the GPSoverIP product world. It enables fast commissioning and brings key functions together on one central platform. This makes complex telematics processes available on the move and easier to use in day-to-day operations.
Building on this, GPSoverIP developed jammer.net, a digital mileage log app that noticeably simplifies everyday life for company car drivers. Trips are recorded automatically, documented correctly for tax purposes and processed without any additional manual effort. This saves time, reduces costs and minimises administrative work – for drivers and companies alike.
With this approach, GPSoverIP is deliberately opening up new user groups for whom conventional telematics solutions have so far been too complex or too time-consuming. At the same time, jammer.net was designed from the outset to be easily expanded as needs grow: with an upgrade package, the digital mileage log can be extended into a professional telematics solution for fleet management. This makes vehicle digitalisation predictable, scalable and practical even for smaller or mixed fleets.
New impulses were also set in drivers' everyday work. With the AI-powered voice assistant "Hallo, GPSauge", genuine voice control is coming to the GPSauge TAB driver display. Navigation, order processing and communication can be controlled by voice command – hands-free, safely and efficiently.
Why this matters to users: GPSoverIP's telematics and GPS tracking solutions help fleet managers make processes more transparent, reduce costs and build trust in data and workflows. For us, this award is an important signal. At the same time, we measure our success by how our solutions perform in everyday use – in the fleet, in operations, under real conditions. That is exactly where they need to create added value so that fleets remain efficient, transparent and manageable in the future. That is what we want to be measured by.
What was prepared and implemented in 2025 is now visibly bearing fruit. The award underlines GPSoverIP's ambition to continue playing an active role in the further development of digital solutions for mobility and fleet management.
