The new GPS Explorer is here
Many new features

New technological foundation. New structure. Familiar set of features.
With the next phase of development for the GPS Explorer, we have fundamentally enhanced our fleet management portal. Not only was the user interface redesigned, but the underlying technology was also comprehensively modernized and migrated to a high-performance, future-proof platform architecture.
As a result, the GPS Explorer now has a more modern, uncluttered, and significantly clearer layout. Structures, sections, and navigation paths have been redesigned so that information can be accessed more quickly and daily fleet management tasks can be completed even more smoothly.
Important for all existing users:
No existing features have been removed. However, some features may now be located in a new place where, in our view, they fit better and more logically into the respective workflow. We are aware that such a change may take some getting used to at first. Our Customer Support team will, of course, be happy to assist you with any questions.
Numerous New Enhancements
As part of this fundamental redevelopment, numerous functional enhancements have also been introduced—including in the Rule Manager, the communication interface, the Lane Editor, and the Timeline. These enhancements ensure better usability, a clearer presentation of information, and additional options for data collection and analysis.
In addition, many minor features, optimizations, and bug fixes have been implemented. As usual, these are continuously documented in the changelog.
Look forward to a GPS Explorer that combines familiar functionality with a more modern, clearer, and significantly smoother user experience.
GPSauge HUB—the right video feed at the right time
Intelligently integrate existing cameras, archive recordings, and remotely access video footage.

Intelligently integrate existing cameras, archive recordings, and remotely access video footage.
Integrate Cameras Directly into the Telematics System
With the new GPSauge HUB, existing or newly installed vehicle cameras can be integrated directly into the GPSoverIP telematics system. Up to four connected cameras can record and archive continuous video footage—similar to how a dashcam works.
Remote Access
The key difference: Both live footage and previously archived video sequences can be accessed remotely via the GPS-Explorer. This means that relevant recordings are no longer available exclusively within the vehicle but can be accessed directly in the fleet management portal.
Linking Videos to Vehicle and Activity Data
Particularly useful is the ability to link video recordings to the vehicle and activity data recorded in the GPS Explorer. For example, with a single click, the corresponding video clip can be displayed for a documented winter road maintenance operation. For waste collection vehicles as well, the specific process of emptying a container or unloading waste can be specifically accessed.
Matching Sequence via Timestamp
Using the respective timestamp, the corresponding sequence is automatically extracted from the continuous recording and made available in the GPS Explorer in no time via over-the-air transmission. This allows individual operations to be viewed quickly, transparently, and directly within their respective work context.
Continue using existing displays
The GPSauge HUB can not only receive and archive the video signal but also simultaneously forward it to existing displays in the vehicle. Existing camera systems and displays can thus continue to be used and expanded to include the capabilities of central archiving and online access.
Transparency and Traceability
The GPSauge HUB integrates existing video technology with the GPS-Explorer’s vehicle, time, and activity data—for greater transparency, traceability, and targeted visual documentation.
New Generation of Bluetooth Tags Added to the Product Lineup
Assign tags to a vehicle or location

Greater range. Better performance. Longer runtime.
New Generation of Bluetooth Tags
With a new generation of high-performance Bluetooth tags, we are expanding our product line for the wireless tracking and localization of vehicles, objects, and conditions. Based on Bluetooth Low Energy and BLE Long Range, these tags offer impressive features such as greater range, reliable signal transmission, and very long battery life with minimal maintenance.
Versatile Applications
Whether containers, trailers, or attachments—the tags can be reliably located and assigned to a vehicle or location.
