New Highlight: Comprehensive Time Tracking!

The Time Tracking module has been completely redesigned and now offers you a powerful tool for efficiently managing your employees’ working hours. Thanks to the new features, time tracking can be seamlessly integrated into your daily workflow—for greater transparency and control!

Starting now, you can:

• View clock-in/out times in real time
• Clearly track vacation and sick leave
• Keep track of time accounts at all times
• Use detailed reports and analyses for optimized planning

By integrating third-party solutions into GPS-Explorer, you can maintain a clear overview—regardless of the telematics system. This is a decisive advantage, especially for companies with mixed fleets and complex logistics requirements.

Our platform already supports leading providers such as Schmitz Cargobull, Krone, Idem, Webfleet, Thermo King, and Schwarzmüller. With the new Palfinger integration, we’re giving you even more flexibility and optimized control over your fleet.

Error messages or problems with telematics? It’s often due to an incorrect resistance measurement in the CAN bus! In just 2 minutes, we’ll show you step by step how to measure the resistance correctly and what to do if the values are too high or too low. Our telematics solutions are constantly evolving—we’re now using a new algorithm to optimize driver and vehicle ratings. In our latest update, we’ve improved data collection and analysis, particularly for minimal vehicle movements.

Optimizations in detail: Introduction of thresholds for data optimization in weekly and monthly reports

Previously, short trips and minimal vehicle movements could lead to distorted average values. For example, a vehicle that traveled only 100 meters and then remained stationary would show an unrealistically high average fuel consumption. 

With the optimized calculation method, such situations are interpreted more intelligently. Minor movements are now weighted differently in the average calculation and classified based on thresholds to ensure realistic values. This results in more accurate and realistic assessments, enabling a more reliable analysis of driving behavior and fuel consumption.

This improvement ensures more transparent data, better decision-making foundations, and more efficient fleet management. In addition, customers benefit from a more accurate assessment of their driving behavior—an advantage that can have a positive impact on individual insurance rates.

We’ve further improved the functionality of Bluetooth tags: Starting now, you can trigger rule and action functions faster and more easily via the Action Chooser—just as you’re already accustomed to doing from the vehicle toolbar.

In addition, location tracking has been optimized. These enhancements now enable even more precise, pinpoint location detection of your trailers, semi-trailers, attachments, or other equipment. These improvements contribute to greater efficiency and accuracy in managing and tracking your fleet.
