GPSauge offers a wide range of communication options, including email, text messages, instant messaging, and (optional) phone calls. The two-way instant messaging feature enables flexible and cost-effective communication between drivers and dispatch.
In addition, you can communicate from anywhere in the world using the GPSauge’s own email address. Dedicated applications are integrated for documents such as UVV driver training manuals, images, videos, etc., enabling structured storage and quick display of transmitted documents on the device. Documents of any kind can also be transmitted from the GPSauge to the dispatch team and integrated into your own application as needed.
Thanks to the integrated communication features, your driver is always reachable, even when the GPSauge is turned off. When messages are received, the GPSauge turns on depending on the configuration and signals the message both audibly and on the display. This enables rapid information sharing.
Communication in different languages is also possible without any issues. You can enter your message in your native language, and the driver will receive the message in a translated form. Incoming messages from drivers are automatically translated into the language you’ve selected when they are displayed in the GPS Explorer.
